Insurance

The organiser will not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for loss, injury or illness of any Delegation member. All members of the attending Delegations must insure themselves by a sufficient health, accident and liability insurance. By submitting the entry the National Federation confirms that all persons named on the entry are covered by such an insurance.

Visas and Vaccination

Visiting nations should confirm visa and vaccination requirements for entry into United Arab Emirates prior to travelling to the event. The LOC cannot accept responsibility for arranging any visas but can provide specific letters of invitation if needed. For information if you need a visa or vaccinations please contact your nearest Embassy or Consulate. Entry Visas, if needed, are usually arranged by hotel upon confirmation of booking.

Hotel

Below, you will find info of inexpensive, moderate and expensive hotel options so that participants can choose, reserve, and pay for their own accommodation. There is also a webpage included which indicates the location of each hotel. National Federations (athletes & officials) are responsible for their own visas, accommodation reservations and expenses.

Preferential and discounted rates will be offered to all Athletes
Entry Visas, if needed, will be arranged by hotel upon confirmation of booking
Spaces are limited and will be offered on a –first-come-first-serve basis
Race Course is a 5 minute walk from the Hotel.

Transportation
